The current massive earthquakes in New Zealand were indeed planed for, and likely INDUCED. The area is in fact currently under a multi-nation disaster DRILL. Which we've all come to know, gives the orchestral powers that be, operational cover.

Investigating the NZDF at http://www.nzdf.mil.nz/default.htm, I see no news of the PHOENIX SPIRIT DRILL, but they do have a war ship with state of the art equipment deployed for "Multi-national" (aka Globalist) supposed anti-piracy operations..

This GeoNet page has the best info I can find, stating the Earthquake has a "SLIP STRIKE" mechanism, which is not what they expect, and can be a way that quakes are induced with ULF waves!

While following my research path of "crazy links" I did come across some Urban Development studies.. precisely the type of thing I was looking for.. I didn't link them cause this was getting long, but now it's VERY relevant.

About 25 small underground explosives are to be placed up to 12 metres deep and set off to simulate an earthquake of about magnitude 4.

Using explosives is primitive, although there is a NZ Drilling Federation, which would logically be involved.. (Notice the Drilling Federation has the same acronym as the NZ Defense Force, and their logo is concentric circles over NZ, looking much like a shake map.)

They claim to be "advancing the science and practice of earthquake engineering"! So, there is a whole pseudo-globalist governmental society and economy, based on Earthquake management.
