Reading into yesterdays powerful 6.8 earthquake in Myanmar (Previously known as Burma) I started to get a hunch it was the result of an INDUCED Earthquake. Well, wonders never cease, I believe I've just found the damned planing document! A prior-knowledge briefing from July 2012. (4 months ago)

There is an ADPC (Asian Disaster Preparedness Center) tag line on every page saying "Safer Communities and Sustainable Development Through Disaster Risk Reduction". If you are aware like me, that basically reads as "UN Agenda 21 is being implemented after we kill everyone via directed energy weapon disaster exploitation".

I became suspicious after learning that the area was very rich in Gold mines as well as other gems. The Chinese, along with alot of other Globalist resource greed vampires, are in there promoting civil war and devastating the Burmese people. The following video explains ALOT.

Reading between the lines of the SLOW RELEASE mainstream reporting on yesterdays 6.8m earthquake, they out themselves by mentioning there is nothing unusual about this earthquake, and all the collapsed gold mines were abandoned anyway.. finders keepers. Then they mention a cyclone in 2008 which killed over a hundred thousand people.

So I figured a scalar wave earthquake could be used to achieve multiple geo-psychical and meta-political ends. Little did I expect to find a 4 month old document predicting the configuration of such an earthquake and DETAILING A S WAVE STUDY! Yes, that's right, the short PDF file takes you though their process of selecting the pilot city location (Mandalay City, Myanmar), then shows a "Site Amplification" graphic where they drop the hammer of Thor and ring the Mingun Bell with some massive S waves.

Turns out ADPC is some massive Global Governance Organization consisting of all the parties interested in and capable of, producing huge engineered  UN-natural disasters. It's amazing. The whole study is about figuring out how much damage they were going to cause with the earthquake induction!

For extra credit, here is a road map to the "sustainable" Myanmar as dictated by the Global Government in the guise of the Red Cross Society, UN Disaster Agencies, and other ironic NGO's. They admit on the first page, that they gained substantial momentum after the 2008 Cyclone Nargis. This of course makes it obvious to me that NarGIS was a weather weapon.
