Ghana Shopping Mall Collapse a 'National Disaster'

How does a 5 story shopping mall just magically collapse into a pile of twisted wreckage?? I don't know, but this has happened in Ghana, crushing and trapping an unknown number of people.
The cause is being "investigated" and somehow blamed on poor construction. It is possible a company called "MELCOM" has a hand in it.
This happened in the Ghana CAPITAL city, Accra. President John Dramani Mahama suspended his campaign ahead of December 7 elections and offered prayers for those trapped.

SUSPICIOUS International Activity from 3 weeks ago. Aka messing with the King. "Still investigating".

UPDATES: As I suspected, "The owner of the collapsed six-story building that housed the Melcom shopping centre is now the subject of a massive manhunt.
Nana Kwesi Buadu is wanted by the Bureau of National Investigations and city authorities, Joy News has learnt. Earlier today, the Co-MD of the Melcom Group of Companies, Ramesh Sadhwani and the AMA works director, Victor Mensah were invited for questioning by the BNI.
The Chief Executive of the AMA Alfred Vanderpuye had earlier today issued a public notice to the owner of the building to turn himself in.
But as at 6pm "the owner of the building has refused to report", he told Joy FM's Top Story."

So, currently, the site has been officially declared a disaster zone, and you have a ton of multinational para military police congregating on it. Today, even Israel has arrived!
