East Coast Snow Storm. Not exactly what they need right now...

Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts have been all but halted by a horrible snow storm. This "Nor'easter" is causing high wind gusts of 60mph and blizzard conditions. Cold wet heavy snow is not what 800,000 people without power would like to deal with.
