I-5 Skagit River Bridge collapse: Did officials know the bridge was dangerous? (Video)According to Bridgehunter.com, the 1,111 foot I-5 Skagit River Bridge was built in 1955. Bridgehunter.com says as of August 2010 the bridge had a sufficiency rating of 57.4 our 100, and was considered functionally obsolete.
